Situation for a return of goods:
AlpagaSelect has adopted a policy of accepting all returns and exchanges within a maximum period of 30 days following the purchase or following the arrival of the home delivery package with proof of invoice. Please note that the return or exchange policy cannot be applied if the product is damaged.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and non-refundable by AlpagaSelect.
The initial delivery costs are not refundable by AlpagaSelect.
